TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the following listed below.
✿ You must be 16 years, or older, to commission me [ 18+ to commission nudity, nsfw, and/or suggestive content].
✿ You acknowledge that my work is digital only. I am not a traditional artist. Therefore there will be NO shipping of physical goods.
✿ My work is for personal/private use only. Therefore I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized purposes such as commercial use and/or profit.
✿ As the artist, I maintain all rights to any/all of my artworks. Therefore I also have the right to post any of the commissions I have received, use for my portfolio, etc.
✿ As the artist, you CANNOT claim my work as your own, even under the circumstances of a paid commission. I drew the art with my own hand, not anyone else.
✿ Do NOT edit, trace, or copy my work.
✿ I do not authorize any of my works to be used, or minted as NFTs (Non-fungible token).
✿ I do not authorize any of my works to be used for AI-generated content. This means that you are not allowed to use my art for AI art, AI images, etc.
PROCESS & PAYMENT
✿ Full payment will be beforehand, via Paypal and/or Cashapp.
✿ Commissions are not first come, first serve. I maintain the right to decline any commission that I do not feel comfortable drawing, or am uncapable of drawing. I also tend to accept commissions that I think I would rather enjoy drawing.
✿ I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless I am genuinely unable to complete your order. Please be 100% certain that you want to commission me that way it works for both parties. I expect to be paid half the price of the commission once the sketch is accepted, and the rest once the commission is complete. You will not get the unwatermarked version of your commission until AFTER I am paid the rest that is due.
✿ Any edits or additional changes to the commission can only be made during the sketching process. Once I've completed the sketching phase, I work to completion.
✿ You are more than welcome to ask about your commission status at any time, as well as WIPS of your commission.
